Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced machine operator to join our team as a Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to produce high-quality products. You will work on the 1st or 2nd shift and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operated slitter paper machines to produce high-quality paper products within the required specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control data.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operating machines.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of Micrometers, Gauges, Calipers.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them at all times.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work on the 1st or 2nd shift as required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
