We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a bookkeeper. This position is based in SYOSSET, New York, and will operate on a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of basic bookkeeping tasks.

• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to manage and organize data.

• Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) operations.

• Oversee and control Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Maintain precise records and resolve customer inquiries promptly.

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary.

• Possess a basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Dynamics for managing customer relationships and data.

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and supplier communication.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), including managing customer invoices, recording payments, and tracking overdue accounts.
