Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate and contribute to the assembly process of energy-efficient windows. You will perform a variety of tasks including pinning, glazing, and assembly. Pinning involves assembling the pins and springs into the window assemblies to help lock them in place. Glazing requires installing the rubber glaze strip that seals the window, making it waterproof and airtight. This process involves using scissors to cut and press the glaze strip in place. Assembly entails putting together the rails, stiles, and glass pane to form the final frame. As you become familiar with our products and processes, you will cross-train in different areas and eventually oversee the glass and frame areas.

This is a fully on-site position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

No air conditioning but comfortable with fans, small team, family atmosphere, everybody steps up and is expected to help out where needed.
