Location: Torrance, CA

Pay: $28-35 (pay increases every 6 months)

Shift: Monday- Saturday 6am-2:30pm

This position is at a local Aerospace company. Seeking qualified quality inspectors. Must have relevant experience in QC/QA.

Aerospace experience is a plus but NOT A MUST HAVE.

Description:

• Inspection of parts
• Utilize Micrometers, height gauges, calipers, thread gauges
• Knowledge and understanding of principles and concepts relevant to control of nonconforming product
• Final, in process and first article inspections and reports
• Understanding of Basic Shop Mathematics and Basic Statistics / Analytics
• Inspectors conduct inspections during the production process using pre-determined methods during the manufacture and/or repair of aircraft to ensure products meet prescribed quality standards
• Perform quality assessment of in-process parts, assemblies & installations using drawings, inspection planning & specifications
