We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Enrolled Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and representation, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collections.
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations.
Conduct research and analysis on tax-related issues.
Assist clients with tax-related inquiries and offer solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Active Enrolled Agent status with the IRS.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and representation.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
