Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of an Inventory Clerk to join our team located in Nampa, Idaho. The primary role of this position is to manage and maintain our inventory system effectively. This is a contract position that could lead to a permanent role with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Reconciliation of work orders to ensure accurate inventory counts. • Preparation of work orders and processing of annual inventory counts. • Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries related to inventory. • Efficient data entry and retrieval to maintain accurate inventory records. • Verification of orders against the inventory and adjusting the records as necessary. • Extensive work with Excel worksheets to organize and analyze inventory data. • Utilization of JDE EnterpriseOne for various clerical duties. • Auditing of inventory records to identify and correct discrepancies. • Creation of charts and graphs to visually represent inventory status. • Regular interaction with asset inventory systems for tracking and management.• Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Ability to handle and effectively respond to inbound calls
• Experience in auditing and maintaining accurate records
• Competent in creating and interpreting charts and graphs
• Familiar with clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne software for asset management
• Experience in asset inventory management and control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
