Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in Willowick, OH. The OT will assess, plan, and provide therapeutic interventions to help students develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' occupational therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and other areas of need.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving their ability to participate in school activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' progress and success.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid OT license in Ohio.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
