Position: Virtual Teacher for Visually Impaired Students
Location: Kentucky (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $53 per hour

About Us:

VocoVision is committed to providing quality education to visually impaired students through virtual learning. We are seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver specialized instruction online.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in a virtual setting.
  • Teach braille, orientation, mobility, and assistive technology remotely.
  • Adapt curriculum and collaborate with other educators online.
  • Conduct virtual assessments and track student progress.
  • Provide virtual training and support to staff, students, and families.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Special Education or related field.
  • Valid Kentucky teaching certification with an endorsement in visual impairments.
  • Proficiency in braille and assistive technology.
  • Strong communication and virtual collaboration skills.
