Immediately hiring FORKLIFT OPERATOR in the Royersford, PA area for a FULL TIME position. We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and moving boxes, tracking orders using a proprietary computer system, and operating various material handling equipment, specifically the cherry picker. This role requires significant physical effort, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. This is a full time position so need to be able to commit to working 40hrs a week and looking for a long term opportunity with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation without assistance.
  • Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.
  • Operate hand-held scanner.
  • Maintain balance on ladders.
  • Load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and various other material handling aids.
  • Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
  • Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.
Essential Skills
  • Order picking and cherry picking.
  • Material handling.
  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Operating a cherry picker.
  • Lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • Reading and writing in English.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Using RF scanners.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
