Details:
Pay Range: $40+/hr (depending on experience)
- Onsite Assignment near Edgewood, NM
- Remainder of the 2024-2025 school year
- 11/18/24 Start - 5/30/25
- Full time, 37.5hours/week
- Elementary and High School caseloads
- Will send over candidate preference of caseload
- Range of therapy needs including ASD
- 1 or multiple school sites (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' motor, sensory, perceptual, and functional abilities to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to ensure the delivery of coordinated services and support for students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide written reports and progress updates as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- New Mexico licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children with disabilities in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
