Are you looking to start your career in manufacturing? We’re excited to offer you an opportunity to join our team as a Production Technician. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our semiconductor fabrication operations, working in a clean, modern environment with cutting-edge technology. No prior experience? No problem We provide all the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
  • Photolithography: Learn to master coat/develop and pattern exposure techniques.
  • Pattern Transfer: Get hands-on experience with both wet and dry etching methods.
  • Substrate Cleaning: Perform precise cleaning using advanced wet chemistry.
  • Metrology: Ensure accuracy and precision in every process.
What You Bring:

Technical Skills:

  • Willingness to learn and operate microscopes.
  • Basic understanding of electronics assembly (we’ll teach you the rest).
  • Familiarity with Excel and Word is a plus.
  • Cleanroom experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Ability to set up and operate both manual and computer-controlled equipment (training provided).
  • Interest in electronics, soldering, circuit boards, computer chips, and wafer fabrication.

Work Schedule:
  • Shifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, with guaranteed 8 hours of overtime pay every other week.
