Job Description

Coaches provide personalized, one-on-one coaching to help people build money management skills at their own pace. They help families and individuals unlock behavioral changes through empathy and accountability, build working relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences while empowering people to understand their current behaviors and help them commit to small changes that add up over time.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of work experience in financial services, financial planning, economic development, social work, community organizing, teaching, or other related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook – and videoconferencing platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom)

Schedule

Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm, CST

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
