  • Unencumbered license as a physician in the State of Ohio, MD/DO.
  • Willing to place DEA license with Maryhaven at site(s) it may be needed.
  • This is a part-time or contract position: can work up to 25 hours a week.

Unique opportunity to join Maryhaven, Central Ohio’s largest and most comprehensive behavioral services provider specializing in addiction recovery. We are looking for skilled, talented, and compassionate people to join our team Maryhaven was founded on the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in 1953, opening our doors to serve an overlooked segment of our population, women in need of substance abuse recovery services. Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for complete residual history and physicals (most completed by NP’s and PA’s) as well as other necessary medical examinations. Assist with any other appropriate medical duties at any Maryhaven location, including MASC, Regional Offices and Women’s Program. Apply medication assisted treatment as defined by Maryhaven protocols and in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer. Participate in on-call rotation (as a backup to NP’s and PA’s) and oversight of NP’s and PA’s, in addition to holding appropriate collaborative agreements.
