Equipment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience with restaurant equipment (Bakery units, coolers, etc)
- Trade school certification or experience and training equivalent
- Refrigeration Certification a MUST
- Experience with reading blueprints, electrical wiring, plumbing, and schematics
- Valid Driver's License
Equipment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Ensures all food service equipment is repaired and working
- Maintain a schedule for monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance and cleaning
- Ensure all thermostats are calibrated, controls in working order
- Remove/Install equipment as necessary including wiring, connect motors, compressors, and controls
- Complete work orders in a timely fashion
- Timely response to emergency on call repairs
