Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other staff.
• Provide counseling and intervention services to address students mental health and emotional well-being.
• Assist in crisis intervention and support students with academic and social challenges in a virtual setting.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of supportive educational environments.

Qualifications:

• Must hold all required California credentials, including a valid School Psychologist license and California teaching certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with virtual platforms for remote psychological services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

Position Details:

• Fully remote, full-time role for the 2024-2025 academic year.
• Competitive pay range of $50-$60 per hour as a 1099 contractor.
• Regular availability during school hours is required.
• Contract extension is possible based on performance and district needs.
