SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER
Part Time | 2 Full Days Per WeekProCare Therapy is a staffing agency dedicated to filling schools with exceptional professionals in the field.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a certified special education teacher who demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail. The applicant should be prepared to manage a small caseload of students supporting primarily behavior and academic goals.

Interviews will be offered either in person or via Zoom.

Full-Time Employee Benefits:

  • W2 Contract position.
  • Hourly pay format. Candidates can expect to make $32+ per hour.
  • Dedicated support from ProCare Therapy representative throughout assignment.

Job Type:

  • Remainder of the 2024-2025 school year
  • Part-Time Position: 2 days a week, 8 hours per day
  • Caseload: 6 students
  • Teacher will be primarily focused on managing student behaviors and providing supports to promote engagement in desired behaviors.
  • Teacher will provide academic interventions to students that help them make progress towards their IEP goals.
  • Teacher will additionally write IEP's, manage IEP meetings, and collect/maintain progress on individual student goals.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsor Master's Degree in Special Education ORa degree specific to teaching students with Special Needs.
  • Special Education Certificate or License in state of employment.
  • Previous experience in school setting is preferred.
