Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) to align with student goals
  • Work closely with other teachers, staff, and parents to foster a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and report on student progress, adapting plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Valid Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education
  • Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional Pay: Opportunities for increased compensation with additional training or certifications.
  • Bilingual Incentive: Additional pay consideration for candidates fluent in a second language.
