Law Firm Partner

Prestigious boutique firm looking for a partner to lead the Corporate and Commercial Transaction Practice. Must have portable book of business of at least $400k.

Qualified candidates will have over ten years of law firm experience and the ability to run all aspects of transactions independently. You will report directly to the Managing Partner, and oversee junior attorneys, be the lead on high level client matters, and work with the firm's business development manager to generate business and raise your profile as a thought leader.
Day-to-day work will include managing commercial transactions for a mix of Fortune 500 companies and SMBs. Deep experience in complex commercial contracts, technology-related agreements; mergers and acquisitions; capital financing; licensing; IP and general strategic corporate representation.

What We're Looking For:
o A minimum of 10 years of law firm experience with the ability to independently manage all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. Big Law experience is preferred but not required.
o Deep knowledge of the below:
o Complex commercial agreement, such as MSAs and SaaS Agreements
o Deep knowledge of intellectual property, licensing, data privacy
o Technology-related commercial transactions
o M&A
o Partner Buy-Outs
o Payment Disputes
o Corporate Structuring, governance, formation, and compliance
o Employment Contracts, Stock Options and Equity Compensation Plans
o Leadership: A proven track record of building trust with clients and the ability to run deals autonomously while collaborating with a modern, forward-thinking team.
o While the position is fully remote, you must live in the NY Tri State Area, and admitted to the NY Bar
