ProCare Therapy is Seeking Multiple Paraprofessionals for the 24/25 School Year in Winfield, Iowa

Location: Winfield, Iowa
Position: Special Education Paraprofessional
Caseload: PreK, Elementary, and Secondary (6th-12th grade) Openings
Hours: Fulltime (30+ Hours per week)

Role Overview:ProCare Therapy is seeking experiencedSpecial Education Paraprofessionalsto join our team, working with a partnered school district in the Winfield, Iowa areaThis is your chance to support students with special needs and play a vital role in their educational success.

What Youll Do:

  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to help students build positive social skills and appropriate behaviors.
  • Track student progress, collaborating closely with teachers and the educational team.
  • Provide individualized and small group support to enhance students' learning experiences and growth.

What Were Looking For:

  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous school experience is preferred.
  • Experience with special needs populations is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
