Being a part of our team, you will be involved in various tasks related to purchasing materials, managing vendor relationships, and handling shipping & receiving.

Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors
• Handle the buying processes and purchase orders effectively
• Process accounts payable (AP) and other accounting functions
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient work
• Enter and manage vendor invoices in the system
• Ensure shipping & receiving is handled efficiently
• Use Google Drive and Excel formulas for maintaining records
• Work with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Ensure purchasing materials are done in a timely and efficient manner.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Must have a thorough understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Familiarity with Buying Processes is vital
• Must have experience in Purchasing Materials
• Ability to handle Purchase Orders effectively
• Experience in entering Vendor Invoices is necessary
• Must be able to Manage Vendor Relationships efficiently
• Competency in using Google Drive is required
• Knowledge of Excel Formulas is a must
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving is desirable
