Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining our manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery and electrical systems, including 480V systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including 480V equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules and best practices.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
  • Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of (X) years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including 480V troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Familiarity with PLCs and control systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
