Job Title: Full-Time School Psychologist
Location: Dingmans Ferry, PA
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled School Psychologist to join our educational team in Dingmans Ferry, PA. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- Consult with teachers and parents to address student needs and recommend effective strategies.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of school-wide programs to foster a positive learning environment.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of assessments and interventions.
- Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements in school psychology.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
