We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising ABA therapy sessions, and providing training and support to our team in the Glendale, Arizona area.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Conduct informal observation and collect data to develop behavioral interventions
  • Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Provide training to school personnel regarding data collection and the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Collaborate with Psychologists and/or Behavior Interventionists
  • Participate and contribute to IEP meetings and IEP development

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • State of Arizona Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
