We are currently hiring first shift  Production Sorters for our client in Deforest Apply now for a chance to be considered.

Shift:
Monday through Friday 6 AM - 2 PM.  Some overtime.

Job Summary:
The Production Sorter is responsible for completing inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring the finished product meets customer specifications. This position is crucial in maintaining quality control.

Essential Functions:
• Conducts inspections of in-process materials and in-process finished products to meet customer specifications.
• Advises shift supervisor and production floor associates when inspection results do not meet customer specifications.
• Responsible for replenishing supplies and materials required for assigned areas.
• Supports and follows the guidelines of SQF (Safe Quality Food) program.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Environment:
• The position is on a manufacturing production floor with high levels of noise.
• Exposure to high temperatures is possible due to machinery and production processes.

Physical Demands:
• Standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Lift up to 50lbs occasionally.

Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow complicated verbal and written work instructions.
