Shop Helper

The primary responsibilities include shop cleaning and organizing, forklift operation, handling hand and power tools, and performing light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be motivated, willing to learn, and eager to help where needed. You will also be exposed to varying weather conditions, including heat in the summer and cold in the winter, as snow removal and weed clean-up are part of the role. The primary focus of this position will be on maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, following the principles of 5S.
