Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Marketing Generalist Lv3 to join our team in Hopkins, Minnesota. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the retail industry. As a Marketing Generalist Lv3, you will be responsible for crafting and executing retail media campaigns and managing promotions to drive growth and customer engagement.Responsibilities:
• Craft and execute retail media campaigns including paid search and display across Retail Media Networks.
• Manage and measure promotions to ensure efficient and effective content execution and activation in line with overall marketing and business goals.
• Evaluate and modify promotional or retail media programs as needed.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to align retail media and promotions with value propositions, plans, and goals.
• Handle complex issues independently, escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Supervise channel performance and metrics, providing feedback to sales and customers to improve efficiency of initiatives.
• Identify areas where additional customer profitability and brand growth can be achieved.
• Act as a project manager to ensure timely execution of key customer/channel initiatives.
• Demonstrate knowledge of customer priorities to improve return on investment.
• Execute retail media campaigns and/or promotions to generate customer growth.• Proven experience in a Marketing Generalist role or similar
• Demonstrated skills in customer service and sales
• Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and planning processes
• Prior experience in supervising teams or individuals
• Proficiency in retail and brand awareness
• Knowledge of networking and metric reporting
• Ability to execute marketing plans and strategies effectively
• Strong collaborative skills and team-oriented mindset
• Experience in promotions, media, and marketing strategy development
• Understanding of business plan development and execution
• Ability to communicate with appropriate personnel across various departments
• Familiarity with software development processes, especially related to marketing tools
• Experience in sales management and markings
• Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies
• Knowledge of paid search and media campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth for a company
• Excellent time management skills ("About Time")
