Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a contract for a Billing Clerk position in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. This role operates within the industry and requires an individual who can handle tasks such as processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer queries.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Audit customer setups to ensure accurate invoice billing for accounts
• Handle customer invoice maintenance requests of various complexities
• Audit customer contracts to ensure compliance standards are met
• Log compliance issues and follow through to resolution
• Carry out special projects and strategic requests that require high-level analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding additional information requirements or non-compliance issues
• Support the Market Center in handling high transactional ad-hoc requests that require analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Work independently with minimal oversight
• Complete all other tasks as requested.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with IBM AS/400
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience with Billing Functions
• Ability to handle Claim Administration
• Knowledge of Collection Processes
• Excellent Customer Service skills
