Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time School Paraprofessional to join our team in Naperville, IL. This role involves supporting teachers and assisting students in the classroom to ensure a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, especially those with special needs.
  • Monitor student behavior and academic progress.
  • Help maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with staff to support student needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associates or bachelors degree in education (preferred).
  • Experience working with children in educational settings (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for helping students succeed.
