Aerotek is hiring immediately for 2nd shift maintenance technicians. This role is a direct-hire opportunity in a production environment, with ample opportunities for advancement.

Job Description:

  • Follow preventative maintenance program
  • Complete repairs on CNC machines, assembly equipment, and other production machinery
  • Perform general facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician
  • 3 years of experience repairing assembly line equipment
  • Electrical troubleshooting - basic understanding

Shift Schedule:

2nd shift is 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Overtime available on alternating Saturday's

Onboarding:

Our training program is second-to-none. New hires will complete a comprehensive training program, followed by on-the-line training. This ongoing training provides you with the tools necessary to perform and excel at your work station All we ask is you are mechanically inclined, ready to work, and ready to learn and grow

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $ /yr.

Paid Leave
- On the first January 1 after eligibility date: 15 days = 120 hours
- On the third January 1 after eligibility date: 18 days = 144 hours
- On the fifth January 1 after eligibility date: 20 days = 160 hours
- On the seventh January 1 after eligibility date: 22 days = 176 hours
- On the fourteenth January 1 after eligibility date: 26 days = 208 hours
Paid Holiday's
- 12 paid holidays annually including a Christmas shutdown from December 24 to January 1. (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving). In addition, our facility is shut down annually from December 24 through December 31
Benefits
- Weekly health pre-tax premium is $21.50 single coverage, $72.00 family coverage
- $300 deductible per calendar year for single plan, $600 deductible per calendar year for family plan
- In-network services are paid at 90% with an annual out-of-pocket maximum of $4000 single and $8000 family.
- Eligible for Profit Sharing up to 5%
- 401K matched up to 5%
