Position: Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Massachusetts (Fully Remote)
Responsibilities: As a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
  1. Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  2. Develop personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
  3. Provide one-on-one and small group virtual therapy sessions to address speech and language disorders.
  4. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure students' needs are met effectively.
  5. Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  6. Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
  1. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  2. Current state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts.
  3. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  4. Proven experience in providing speech-language therapy, either in a traditional or virtual setting.
  5. Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology for remote therapy sessions.
  6. Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage a caseload of students efficiently.
