Position: Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Massachusetts (Fully Remote)
Responsibilities: As a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group virtual therapy sessions to address speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure students' needs are met effectively.
- Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
- Current state license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Proven experience in providing speech-language therapy, either in a traditional or virtual setting.
- Proficiency in using virtual platforms and technology for remote therapy sessions.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage a caseload of students efficiently.
