Our ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Applicants must possess strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring the aging report, administering collections according to required policies and procedures, cultivating strong relationships with all customers and payors, following up on payments, confirming that payments are received, and complying with collection standards.
