Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level operator who is a hard worker and willing to learn. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment with full booties and gown. You will be trained by experienced Team Leads and associates, and will work with wafer fab equipment. Documentation is crucial, as you will need to maintain clean logs.

Responsibilities
  • Work with fab equipment in a production environment
  • Load each fixture into the correct equipment
  • Diagnose and inspect products
  • Perform assembly tasks
  • Operate machines
  • Handle packaging tasks
Essential Skills
  • Background in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience with production and general labor
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
  • Proficient with medical assembly
  • Skilled in using a microscope
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in assembly, clean room operations, and machine operating

Work Environment

The role is based in a cleanroom environment where full booties and gown are required. You will be working with wafer fab equipment and ensuring meticulous documentation is maintained.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lowell, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00
