Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality springs for our customers. You’ll operate advanced machinery, including winding machines, robotics, and coating systems, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Production Equipment: Set up and manage spring winding machines, robotics, ovens, and more to meet customer specifications.
  • Monitor Workflow: Oversee the heat treatment, coating, and cooling processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Tooling and Maintenance: Change over tooling as needed and perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
  • Quality Control: Ensure finished products are accurately identified and meet quality standards.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in machine operation.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
  • A minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience in loading and unloading materials.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and operating a pallet jack.

Work Environment:
  • Schedule: 1st shift from 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Mon - Fri, with an average of 10-hour days. Flexibility is key as we adapt to customer needs.
