Job Description

As a Screen Print Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading apparel such as shirts, hats, and sweatshirts on screen printers and embroidery equipment. Your duties will include ensuring the apparel is properly aligned, quality checking prints, colors, and embroidery, alerting team leads of any quality defects, packaging products, and completing the necessary documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Load and unload apparel on screen printers and embroidery equipment.
  • Ensure apparel is properly aligned to maintain production flow.
  • Perform quality checks on prints, colors, and embroidery before packaging.
  • Alert team leads of any quality defects.
  • Package products efficiently.
  • Complete appropriate documentation accurately.
Essential Skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to strive for perfect attendance.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions and training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • English proficiency not required, but must understand and follow instructions.
Why Work Here?

This position offers light production work with repetitive tasks that are distributed nationwide. Once you become a permanent employee, you are entitled to three free pieces of clothing from the employee store every two weeks and an attendance bonus of $75 every two weeks.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, well-lit, and newly renovated facility. Employees must be able to stand for the entire shift, with most positions involving standing and moving continuously. You will work in teams of 2-6 people, where attendance and dependability are crucial. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays. There are also options to cross-train in other areas with earlier start times. The company produces a variety of apparel for corporate clients, athletic teams, and various other divisions. The facility is equipped with 8 screen printers, 12 embroidery machines with multiple heads, 4 v-lock machines, 10 vinyl transfer machines, and various other print capabilities.
