That is where ProCare Therapy can help We are a school contract staffing agency currently working with a wonderful school district in Wisconsinand actively seeking applicants for the districts full-time Speech Language Pathologist opening starting in November for the full 2024-2025 school year. Unlike other staffing agencies, ProCare Therapy works exclusively with school districts, and we know how to work with both yourself and the districts in order to find you the perfect position to consider. Job Details:

  • Competitive Hourly Pay Rates: CFY rate 40$-48$ (CCC- Negotiable rate upon interview)
  • Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
  • Guaranteed Hours: Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
  • Assignment Start & End Date: November 2024 June 2025
  • Case Load Description: SLPs will work directly with assigned caseload of students, which will be assigned based on any specific experience with certain age groups and/or conditions.
  • Responsibilities: Working directly with assigned students in 1:1 and group sessions, Speech therapy techniques, sitting in on IEP meetings, coordinating with other staff on IEPs, etc.


Job Qualifications:

  • Degree: Masters Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • License / Certification: Must hold active WisconsinSLP license
    • CCCs encouraged, also considering CFYs
  • School classroom experience preferred but not required, new grads also welcome
