Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Refund Analyst to join their healthcare client in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for supporting payment posters and clients insurance refund disputes in the Texas markets. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and Revenue Cycle team, and Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities include collection adjustments, communicating with insurance companies for information regarding your disputed refund, providing refunds, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Must Haves:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Payment posting background utilizing any billing software
  • Ability to understand and apply billing requirements and cash posting processes and read and understand EOBs

Pluses:

  • Experience working in a Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Administration support role
  • Experience using ECW software or NextGen software

 

Shift hours: rolling start, can come in from 6:30am-9:30am - 8-hour shift.
