Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Anti Money Laundering Analyst in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team involved in the analysis and resolution of transaction monitoring alerts and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering rules and regulations.

Responsibilities
• Conducting detailed research and account reviews to identify trends and patterns consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Analyzing data to identify significant trends that require further investigation and predicting potential impacts.
• Assisting in risk rating mitigation reviews and/or statistical report reviews to ensure the relevance of set parameters in the AML system.
• Identifying the products/services and client types that pose the highest degree of compliance risk.
• Documenting findings thoroughly to support analyses and conclusions.
• Communicating effectively with business line personnel to understand client behavior and relay any activity of interest or concern.
• Reporting suspicious and/or unusual activity as required by anti-money laundering laws.
• Serving as a subject matter resource on BSA and AML issues, providing interpretations or clarifications to bank personnel.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates, interagency guidance, and internal processes.
• Collaborating with other Compliance Consulting Services, Information Security, and Loss Prevention Services personnel, as necessary.

• Strong Research skills, particularly in Materials Handling

• Ability to Review and provide feedback on various processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Exceptional Leadership Skills

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as needed

• Knowledge of Regulation and Practices

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Proficient in Data Analysis

• Familiarity with different Methods and Monitoring Tools

• Excellent Time Management skills

• Ability to maintain Confidentiality at all times

• Knowledge of Law Regulation

• Ability to Ensure Compliance at all levels

• Experience in Risk Management
