- We are seeking a reliable and skilled OTR Truck Driver to operate company-owned and leased tractors and trailers to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
- The ideal candidate will adhere to all traffic laws and DOT safety rules while providing outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
- This role involves checking delivery schedules, performing inspections, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Check delivery schedule and receive assignments from supervisor.
- Operate company-owned and leased tractors and trailers to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
- Obey all traffic laws and DOT safety rules.
- Connect and disconnect semi-trailer and hoses properly.
- Back trailers into dock or unloading area as instructed by the customer.
- Unload product to dock or per customer’s instructions.
- Make customer deliveries safely and on time.
- Perform outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
- Perform required before, during, and after trip inspections and complete required paperwork.
- Report all deficiencies found to the Shipping Clerk.
- Complete daily logs, keeping them current and accurate.
- Turn in daily logs weekly.
- Call in daily to update traffic manager on current status.
- Valid CDL.
- 2 years of experience.
- Complete DOT file on record per company policy.
- Pass a DOT physical prior to hire and repeat annually.
- Trained (licensed) in safe operation of tractors and trailers.
- We offer competitive compensation, including $0.08 per mile for backhauls, short trip bonuses, and additional stop compensation.
- Flexible time off is available, loads permitting.
- In case of breakdowns or other issues, drivers receive detention pay after two hours.

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00
