Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line during each product run. This includes adding and adjusting equipment, staging products, and cleaning/sanitizing after each run. You will work in a fast-paced environment, recommend corrections to machines if issues are noticed, assist and work on the line during production, and receive cross-training.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the production line is running smoothly for each product run.
  • Add and adjust equipment needed for product runs.
  • Stage products and clean/sanitize after each run.
  • Recommend corrections to machines if issues are noticed.
  • Assist and work on the production line during runs.
  • Receive cross-training in various production tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in line setup and mechanical adjustments.
  • Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools.
  • Experience as a line technician or machine operator.
  • Bilingual is a plus

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, well-lit manufacturing facility. There is a smell of soaps and cleaning solutions that may be stronger in some areas. Masks are mandatory, and employees must complete a health questionnaire and temperature check upon arrival. Temperatures above 100.4&degree;F will result in being sent home.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
