About the Positions:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join our team in Surprise, AZ. We have multiple openings for passionate educators committed to making a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs.
Available Positions:
- STC 4th-8th Grade Teacher (Content does not exceed 3rd grade)
- STC Kindergarten - 2nd Grade Teacher
- STC 5th-8th Grade Teacher
- STC 3rd-4th Grade Teacher
- Preschool Teacher
- Resource 7th-8th Grade Teacher
- High School Resource Teacher (English Content Area)
- High School Resource Teacher (Geometry Content Area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Create a positive learning environment that fosters academic and social-emotional growth.
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies tailored to various learning styles.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and parents to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid Arizona state certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
