Soliant Education is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district in Rochelle, IL. This full-time position will involve providing behavior analysis services and support for students in grades K-12 across general education, resource, and self-contained classrooms. Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide individual and group behavior therapy services for students with varying behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to implement and monitor behavior plans.
- Provide training and consultation for staff and parents on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust behavior intervention plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings and support students academic and social development.
- Maintain accurate records of student data and behavior progress.
- Support school staff in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive behavior interventions.
- Work with the schools multidisciplinary team to develop strategies for student success across all educational settings.
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred.
- Ability to provide behavior interventions for students with a range of behavioral needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families.
- PEL (Professional Educator License) is not required for this position, but is a plus
- A passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges and helping them succeed academically and socially.
- Ability to start immediately and commit through the end of the 2024-2025 school year (May 29, 2025).
