Braner Aluminum Slitter Operator

- Operate and set up slitting machines.
- Manipulate various control panels and instrumentation data to ensure accurate slitting.
- Load and align aluminum coils within the proper setting tolerances.
- Set up slitters to the proper width and set up the slitting line for processing material.
- Reduce waste and scrap levels by maintaining appropriate machine settings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer needs.
- Band coils and move them to designated areas.
- Perform maintenance, lubrication, and repair of the slitter/CTL
- Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.
- Ability to read blueprints.
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $52000.00
Company offers full medical benefits from the start of the candidate's first day.
They will work an 8-hour shift with the option for overtime as needed.
