One of our clients is seeking Veteran's Case Manager in the Dover, DE area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday through Friday, 1st Shift

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Engage and assist veterans in the Dover area who are dealing with everything from homelessness to mental health issues. As a case manager, you will maintain a caseload in which you assure that each individual is set up to receive the accurate services on a case-by-case basis. Helping them find a home, reengage them with family, assist in getting them employment or medical/psychiatric care.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors Degree (Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, etc.)
* 1+ year experience in case management.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Background Check, & Act 126.
* Provide documentation of: CPR Certification, First Aide Level 2 Certification.
Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) test, Hepatitis B screening.
