Transition into a rewarding new career, all whileearning market-leading pay ratesProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Gardner, Kansas to hire a behavior technicianfor the current 24-25 school year. This position will be full time and will pay up to $25/hour

What youll do:

  • Work 1:1 with students with behavior support needs.
  • Implement functional behavior plans + collect student data.
  • Build rapport and trust with the childrenyou work with.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.

  • Pay rate will vary depending on your level of experience + the school districts allotted contracting budget.

  • You will be reimbursed up to $150 for any expensesrelated to your state's compliance requirements.

Application requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active RBT certification required
  • Availability to work 7am - 4pm.
  • Two references with one by a previous direct supervisor/manager.
  • Background check, drug screen + fingerprinting.
  • TB test within 60 days of start date(only applicable in certain states).

Youll stand out if you have:

  • Experience working in schools.
  • Spent time in special education settings.
  • Any SpEd-specific training or certifications.
