LHH Recruitment Solutions has an opening a Compliance and Contracts Administrator for our client in the Bohemia, NY area. This direct hire role allows you to expand your career within a state-of-the-art technology organization. This on-site position requires a minimum of four-years current experience and a minimum of 2-years’ experience working with government-based contracts, specifically FAR and DFAR. Successful candidates will have several years utilizing MS Dynamics.

 

Salary range: $75,000.00 - $100,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all Requests for Proposals (RFP)s, Contracts, Purchase orders and Terms and Conditions, and related contractual and compliance documentation to ensure compatibility and compliance.

• Prepare projects contracts for every project to summarize all customer requirements that must be met per contract.

• Manage and track all vendor, third party and subcontractor agreements.

• Stay abreast of and research of all Federal, State and Local requirements identified in all commercial and federal contracts to ensure compliance.

• Responsible for all documentation deliverables and oversight of the regulatory and compliance aspect of each project.

• Thoroughly review all customer commercial terms and conditions and manage deviations to ensure all terms are acceptable to both parties and ultimately satisfied.

• Ensure projects meet the defined scope of work, technical proposals and/or customer specifications.

• Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure all OSHA and applicable workplace Health & Safety rules and regulations are met.

• Potential travel to customer sites globally to participate in project meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline

• Minimum four (4) years of related contract or project administration experience with at least two (2) years of concentration on contracts and regulatory compliance

• Expansive experience with government contracts - specifically FAR and DFAR regulations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills enabling them to effectively communicate both internally and externally using all available methods of communication.

• Highly experienced in legal issues with ability to interpret key elements of a contract.

• Proven proficiency in establishing, negotiating, and monitoring terms and conditions.

• Experience working with an ERP or MRP system specifically MS Dynamics.

• Fluency in multiple languages highly preferred.

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the hourly pay range is estimated to be $75,000.00 - $100,000, and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401k +match and PTO.



Pay Details: $750,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
