Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Elmwood Park, IL
Details:
- Role: Full-time, 35 hours/week
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- Caseload: PreK-5th grade students
- Start Date: August 2024
- End Date: June 2025
- School site: Single location
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities of young students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapists to support comprehensive student development
- Monitor progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust strategies as necessary
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting processes
Requirements:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois
- Experience working effectively with diverse student populations preferred
