Job DescriptionJob DescriptionInside Sales Support / CSR
$25/hr
Role is on-site

Inside Sales responsibility:
oReply and follow up on customer inquires
oProactively identify and qualify sales leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, online research, and marketing activities).
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
oUnderstand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service recommendations.
oPrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
oNegotiate contracts & close sales deal to achieve or exceed sales targets.
oMaintain accurate records of sales activities.
oInitiating and follow up internally during the Contract Review process
oManage customer portals
oMaintain and update internal metrics for the sales department

Qualifications:
oProven experience in inside sales and/or customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
oAbility to learn technical concepts rather quickly.
oAbility to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
oProficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Customer portals.
