We are looking to bring in an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services for the duration of the upcoming school year. Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Washington, state licensure
  • Experience in school based settings (preferred)
  • Pediatric experience (required)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform appropriate assessment(s) of students physical, emotional, cognitive, and sensory abilities to evaluate the necessity of skilled occupational therapy intervention needed
  • Utilize data obtained to create OT portions of IEP for each student within caseload
  • Educate student, family members, and other care givers about the individualized treatment plan created for the student and how it applies in each environment
  • You must work well in an interdisciplinary environment, communicate professionally, maintain a good working relationship with the administrative team, and interdisciplinary therapist
  • Demonstrate flexibility to ensure student needs are being met
  • Ensure documentation is completed in a thorough, accurate and timely manner. Documentation is to be done in accordance with state guidelines and company policy

Job Specifics:

  • 2022-23 School Year (September '22 - June '22)
  • Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
  • In Person Learning, onsite
  • Caseload: K-12
