Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our dining services department. The Dishwasher will be responsible for washing dishes, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and working collaboratively with dining staff and leadership to ensure tasks are completed based on priority.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes manually and using dishwashing machines/equipment.
• Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Collaborate with dining staff and leadership to prioritize and complete work efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Experience in cleaning, dishwashing, and foodservice.
• Ability to be on feet for the entire shift.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Upholding professionalism standards in a hospital setting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, housekeeping, line cook, food preparation, food safety, janitorial, health care, or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable setting. The role offers part-time hours in the evening from 3:45 pm to 7:45 pm, including a $1.25 shift premium for the 2nd shift. You will be required to work every other weekend and every other holiday. The Dining Services department provides food and meals for patients and visitors. You will report to a Supervisor within the department and be standing for the entire shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mequon, Wisconsin.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25
