About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a full-time Occupational Therapist position in Springfield, OR, for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves providing essential therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of needs across an onsite school setting.
Your Impact:
- Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Setting: Onsite, serving K-12 students
- Caseload: Manage a diverse caseload with general OT duties
- Focus: Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to support students' functional skills and overall development
What You'll Do:
- Assess and Plan: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Intervene and Support: Provide direct therapy and coordinate additional support as needed.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into students' educational plans.
- Monitor and Adjust: Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Engage: Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions tailored to the needs of each student.
What Were Looking For:
- Licensure: Active Oregon Occupational Therapist (OTR) license.
- Experience: Experience in K-12 settings preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational abilities.
